Bruce has extensive experience representing Florida property owners whose private property has been taken or damaged by the government for a public use. The primary focus of his statewide practice includes the representation of landowners when highway and road improvement projects impact residential, commercial, retail and special purpose properties. He has also successfully represented property owners affected by pipelines, transmission lines, and other public utility and infrastructure projects.  Complimentary to his eminent domain practice, Bruce represents Florida property owners in land use and property rights matters.
