Humphrey upon his selection to the 2019 Florida Super Lawyers List in the practice area of Eminent Domain.  This marks the tenth consecutive year that Super Lawyers has selected Bruce for inclusion in the Florida Super Lawyers List.  In addition, Super Lawyers has selected Bruce for inclusion in the Top 25: 2019 Jacksonville Super Lawyers List.

For more than 20 years, Bruce has represented Florida property owners when their residential, commercial, retail and special purpose properties have been taken or damaged by the government or condemning authority for a public use.  His clients include landowners and tenants affected by road improvement projects, pipelines, transmission lines, and other public utility and public infrastructure projects.  He also represents Florida property owners in inverse condemnation claims, land use and property rights matters.  Prior to his legal career, Bruce practiced as a State-Certified General Appraiser.  He continues to be a licensed appraiser and a Member of the Appraisal Institute.
